Key Responsibilities Shift & Operations Management: Oversee three operational shifts, ensuring seamless daily performance. Staffing & Rosters: Build, monitor, and optimize rosters and rotations for maximum efficiency. Team Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to drive accountability and professional growth. Performance & KPIs: Develop, track, and report on operational KPIs across departments. Global Coordination: Collaborate with GC’s international offices to align strategies and achieve company-wide objectives. Incentives & Motivation: Design and implement incentive systems to boost performance and morale. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies to scale operations. Efficiency & Cost Control: Drive productivity improvements while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Crisis Management: Lead contingency planning and ensure business continuity. Reporting: Daily: Provide management with shift performance, KPI updates, and challenges. Weekly: Deliver comprehensive reports on performance, efficiency gains, staffing, and global alignment outcomes. Requirements 7–10 years of proven experience in operations management, shift planning, and marketing/operations support. Strong background in managing multi-shift operations, staff rotation, and roster optimization. Demonstrated success in achieving 95%+ fulfillment of operational requirements. Experience building teams, processes, and structures that scale. Skilled in coordinating with international offices and aligning global objectives. Proven ability to manage multiple departments, set KPIs, and design incentive systems. Strong reporting and analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Ability to thrive under pressure and lead in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Language: Fluent English (spoken and written). Preferred Added Value Experience with tech-driven operations (CRM, ERP, or workflow automation). Knowledge of scaling operations in multinational organizations. Strong people-management and conflict-resolution skills. Background in sales support, marketing operations, or client services.
