Community Lead
Noon Academy
وصف الوظيفة
As Community Lead, you own the story and community around Noon schools.
You’ll report to the Head of Experience, and work closely with School Leads, Supervisors, and Marketing/Comms to:
Make sure parents always know “where my child is” and “what’s next”,
Design student activities that bring Noon’s values to life,
Create simple, beautiful communication (reports, WhatsApp, posters) that families can actually read and use.
You turn Noon’s culture into real experiences: events, reports, and messages that families can feel.
What you’ll do
1. Parent communication & reports
Own the templates and sending plans for:
student progress and reports,
major announcements and reminders (exam dates, Parent Day, etc.).
Make sure communication is:
clear (parents understand),
simple (no jargon),
on time (not last-minute surprises).
Work with Data & Student Success to:
keep reports accurate and actionable,
add simple guidance on how parents can support at home.
2. Parent engagement & events
Design and program parent-facing events:
Parent Days at each campus,
small seminars/webinars about exams, study skills, and teenage life.
Shape the experience of these events:
flows, activities, materials, and follow-up.
Coordinate with School Leads so events feel:
welcoming, well-structured, and worth parents’ time.
3. Student life & culture activation
Design and coordinate student activities and clubs that:
align with Noon’s values,
build skills (public speaking, leadership, collaboration),
grow a sense of belonging.
Create simple toolkits (guides, templates, posters) so campuses can run activities locally; day-to-day logistics stay with School Leads.
Capture and share stories:
photos, highlights, and wins (e.g., monthly newsletter or “community highlights”).
Manage online communities (Discord, WhatsApp) by:
defining which channels we use,
what content goes where, and
How often we talk to students and parents.
👀What We’re Looking For:
~4 years of experience in community, communications, events, student affairs, or a related field
Strong Arabic writing skills:
WhatsApp messages, emails, simple reports
Creative eye for design:
can use Canva / PowerPoint to create simple, clean visuals,
comfortable working with designers when needed
Experience designing and running events or activities (for parents, youth, or communities)
Comfortable working with school staff and students:
listening, collecting feedback, and turning insights into next steps
A natural communicator:
can explain things simply,
can get people excited and onboard
Nice to have:
Experience in education, youth programs, or NGOs
Experience managing online communities (WhatsApp, Discord, social groups)
Comfortable in both Arabic and English
